We’ve Got It Maid Amanda McCoy Didn’t do work, stole items, unprofessional Altamonte Springs Florida

Amanda solicited my business to clean my home and provide handyman services when I advertised on a website 1/2 hour from her home.

To begin with She didn't tell me she lived 1/2 away and that her car did work and that her ability to get to my home was contingent on friends.

I would have never hired her.

I needed a handyman piece so a cleaner she works with Anthony Gottardis came with her to do my handyman tasks, she stated he was very good.

I had sent them an itemized list in order to get a quote.

In the six days I had to deal with her I never got an estimate.

I wasn't there when they were. I don't live there. But I sent subs for lunch and Starbucks gift cards and anything I could to motivate someone who couldn't work. I did stop by once a day.

They said oh how nice you are.

She never cleaned my house.  Anthony painted one room and did such a bad job I'm having to pay just under $1000 to undo his mistakes.

I paid them $1500 to get supplies and clean and paint. She stole items from me that I was going to sell at a garage sale.

One day when they were coming to my house (day 3???) Amanda accidentally butt dialed me.  I took notes for 20 minutes as they ripped apart my character. The one they praised they day before or sub day. The word they use freely is the C**t word... so that's what they were calling me

"Let's just get this stupid *c**ts* house done and get away from her. This is all her autistic son's fault anyway."

To clarify, my son is 30 and also wasn't there. They are just that gross.

By the time they reached my house I was shaking. But what do you say? Anthony had been fired as he appeared so incompetent as a painter in now have to fix so many ridiculous things. But he told me he's going to put a second lien on my home for his quality work.

And Amanda never cleaned my house. She cleaned other peoples houses. The receipt of supplies I bought for her, an established maid company totaled $246 and included every cleaning product known to man plus a mop.

Why didn't she have a mop, one of the most basic of cleaning supplies? Why am I buying my maid a mop?

The next day she wanted those supplies I bought.

Sure

It's my mop. I'm 3 weeks behind selling my home and Amanda McCoy and Anthony Gottardis misrepresenting themselves is exact why this is happening.

Avoid them at all costs.
