Wake County Family Court didn’t care about my daughters disclosure of sexual abuse Raleigh North Carolina

This is a difficult forum to post this information because it's serious and has been private.  However, I stumbled upon your website, searched and found others who have had similar experiences with Wake County Family court and felt compelled to share what happened.  

I beleive the abuse of children and protective parents within the legal system in Wake County is a known issue as there have been many parents who've been outraged at the unequal application of the law and mistreatment by Judges and the system in Wake County.   I've seen posts over the years on social media platforms that speak to fathers being the ones who lose custody of their children, are treated unfairly and so forth.  However, I am a Mother, who did everything to help her child have a voice and was railroaded.  

After thousands of dollars spent, CFE's, CME's a criminal investigation, cps involvement my daughter was put right back into the home of the alleged abuser, leaving my child without protection.  When there's a forensic report with more than one therapist as a witness of the minor childs disclosure among other things and the Court System sides with the other side when there's enough evidence in Civil Court for reasonable doubt, there's a problem.  

Wake County Family Court has well trained "professionals" on staff and a network of Attorney's who know the system.  I don't believe everyone in our case was against protecting the minor child.  However, if the Judge favors the other side, there's not much that can be done.

The FBI should investigate Family Court in Wake County because, no doubt there is a problem.  

My daughter was a happy, healthy little kid who tried to tell the therapists, police, cps and others what happened so she would be safe and Wake County Family Court destroyed her voice, my voice and our ability to be in each others lives.  

I call that a crime and I have evidence.
