UTA Paratransit They changed the pickup location for a passenger not telling them, a strange man tried to pick the passenger up Murray, Utah

It is very suspicious that the UTA paratransit did not call the passenger to let them know that the pick up location had been changed. The passenger was waiting at the Dilliard's at the Fashion Place Mall in Murray, Utah for twenty minutes. A Hispanic looking man in a white car pulled up to the glass door at Dilliard's motioning for the passenger to get in the vehicle. The passenger reported it to the Dilliard's retail clerk, and the clerk told them they were paranoid.

The passenger then called mall security to alert them. They said they would check it out. The passenger called UTA after hours to find out where the van was at. A woman named Barb, lied and said that the driver was waiting for them at the other end of the mall where they had always picked up at. The passenger made their way back through the mall to the other end of the mall to find the van. When they exited the side of the mall to find the shuttle, the man in the white car was waiting for them and followed them all the way to the van.

The driver of the UTA van that evening was a Hispanic looking man. 

The next day the passenger worked at the mall, two Hispanic looking men went into the department where the passenger worked, and began trying to get very close to the passenger. Store security was brought into the matter. This didn't stop. A week later, they tried again. A Hispanic driver picked up this passenger from home going to Fashion Place Mall He said he had to make a stop to pick up someone. When they got to the destination, the driver started getting up going towards the passenger getting very close in their personal space. There are supposed to be video and audio surveillance in these vans, but the driver didn't seem to care. 

This caused panic and alarm with the passenger. The driver looked Hispanic and had tattoos on both arms. He was scary. The Fashion Place Mall in Murray is said to be a place where human traffickers go to find their victims according to employees there. These men driving for UTA paratransit need to be fired. Did they pass a criminal background check? Or maybe they are sex offenders that have not been caught yet.
