This is a high pressure Bitcoin operation. Once you start investing in BTC you can never recover your funds. They keep adding very high fees they never explained in the beginning. Even if you get the fees paid, they suddenly lock the account and say things such as, 'you took too long to withdraw.' Scam from the beginning. I've been trying for over 3 years to retrieve my money. Warning: Don't go there.
