These two made agreements with multiple people, signing and notarizing promissory notes, under the pretense of real estate investments.  There were no investments.  They took the money and fled the country originally and returned to a different state.  They also conned people out of their cars agreeing to pay finance companies for the use of the car.  Did not comply with the agreements, pay the finance companies or return the cars.  He in fact tried to hide two high end cars by wrapping them in a different color.  One car he parked at an airport parking garage, which accrued fees until the owner could get it out.  At least one car is still missing from when they fled and the owner is being sued by the finance company.  

They lie easily about what they do, their assets and ability to pay people back.  They rent expensive homes with other people's money and skip out on the rental when they have scammed enough people.  They may be scamming people in Arizona, Texas or Tennessee.  Law Enforcement and the FBI have been notified and are investigating these two and their scam companies.  Menaged father is a thief, currently in federal prison since 2017 for 17 years and ordered to pay 33 million in restitution for defrauding over 200 people and banks.
