Prosecutor Brooke B. Grona-Robb, attorney Calvin D. Johnson, the Dallas DA’s office and Dallas Police Department They illegally convicted me for rape charges! No arrest! No arraignments! No court appearances! The lying alleged victim was in jail for 3 felony charges when DA’s office illegally filed Sex charges against me! They lied and said I held her down put a gun to her head and raped her! I have never owned a gun and have never raped that white girl! On 11/22/2010 Dallas police fraudulently filed both charges named above.  On 11/24/2010 prosecutor Brooke B. Grona-Robb fraudulently filed both indictments without going before a grand jury.  On 11/29/2010 the DPD fraudulently issued the arrest warrants without any complaint affidavits, no probable cause affidavits, and no magistrate judge signed those warrants!  There were never any arrest made simply because the DA's office dismissed the arrest warrants. They are stamped with this notation: DISMISSED ON MOTION OF DISTRICT ATTORNEY.  But each warrant is fraudulently showing that the arrest had been executed on Dec. 23, 2010, which is a lie because I was illegally convicted and sentenced on Dec. 17, 2010!  The State of Texas is showing several different arrest dates for both Sex charges above but can not produce any arrest reports! There are no offense reports.  No police investigation files. No physical or DNA evidence.  And there's no Discovery!  The trial lawyer Calvin D. Johnson helped the prosecutors to illegally convict me!  I was never once arrested, never once arraigned, never had any court appearances, never booked into any jail, never fingerprinted, never taken before any magistrate judges to have been told that I was being charged with those sex charges above, and I never once committed any crimes against that lying and coerced white girl named destiny! They all lied and said that I pulled a gun on destiny which is a lie because I've never own again before!  There's was never any pretrial hearings a trial lawyer Calvin Johnson never filed for Discovery and he never prepared me for that Sham and illegal trial.  In fact, Johnson told me to leave the State and don't come to that Sham and illegal trial!  Dallas county has some low down dirty white peoples working in their buildings so that they can continue to put black folks behind bars!  Calvin Johnson is a black sellout lawyer who will help those crooked whites to put blacks behind bars!  Now, the DPD has stated that DPD did not file sexual performance by a child & sexual assault by a child!  Well, those fraudulent indictments fraudulently filed by the prosecutor Grona-Robb state's that DPD filed bot Sex charges!

  I’m asking for people to contact the Dallas Police Department and the Dallas County District Attorney’s offices and request them to fax you a copy of the Original Arrest Report(s) from those sex charges please.  The DPD is the filing agency according to those indictments.  However, DPD will tell you that they did not file those charges and they have no records of them. I have to register as a sex offender every 90 days for crimes that never happened!  I was illegally convicted for them where there was no arrests made for those charges and there’s several different arrest dates! There’s no offense reports, no complaint affidavits, no probable cause affidavits, no police investigation files, and no physical or DNA evidence period!  But I was illegally tried and illegally convicted for them!
