In 2020, Haberman changed his name. It remains questionable if it was really legally changed or if Haberman forged documents.

After destroying his name with his military fraud, his forging of documents, smuggling sick Parvo puppies into Poland, and a mirad of other criminal acts, including falsely arresting his ex-wife three (3) times violating her civil rights for exposing his frauds - Haberman changed his name to PHIL SCOTT.

No problem right? Well, he changed it perhaps in Texas, not where he legally resides in Florida. Florida online search does not have information he filed it in Florida.

Haberman  probably cried wolf that his ex wife was exposing his frauds and writing about him to have a sympathetic ear heard  just like he did to obtain his Combat Wounded and Purple Heart license plates in Texas.

He never informed the Sarasota Florida courts of his name change during the 2021 false arrest of his ex-wife,  after being denied 5 times by the Family, Criminal, Civil courts and a prosecuting attorney in two jurisdictions and Counties, he had a legal obligation to answer the question of "what is your name" truthfully to the courts. He already admitted that he was not enlisted in the military, which he lied claiming he was deployed to have his ex-wife jailed in a Sarasota County Jail and extended her length before she obtained a hearing.

Sometime in 2023 Haberman separated his partnership with K9Global Rescue and Jon Barocas and was using Barocas to pay him for his animal rescue efforts while being reimbursed by the Ukranian people. Still playing the same game with unsuspecting Ukrainians, he formed his 501c3 Global Animal Rescue and Response with a Delaware formation. Haberman is in Ukrain exclusively for over 11 months out of the year. Haberman must be making a pretty hefty haul as a war proffitier.

Haberman to my knowledge, has no other income other than the money he profits from the Ukrainian War, so how can his organization be a non-profit? Perhaps the IRS would be interested in looking over Haberman’s income tax filings. In April 2024, Haberman and his wife Kelly Scovill had a pretty nice weekend vacation cruise to the Caymen Islands, yet they both don't have income. 

Still one step away from being arrested for perjury and falsifying documents to several Courts, Haberman still cons everyone he meets- until somebody exposes his frauds.
