North Middlesex University Hospital NorthMid Hospital A disturbing display of Racism and Hate-Speech from an NHS nurse, Heemowtee Chua London

An NHS nurse from Northmid Hospital, Heemowtee Chua, recently stayed in a room at my home in Canada for 10 nights. When she left, her true colours emerged as a racist bigot who loves spewing hate-speech. I documented everything and reported her to her hospital, expecting her to be disciplined once they saw all the evidence I presented them. So, I was shocked to now find out from their Human Resources Dep't they don't care about anything their employees do outside the hospital. So, in today's world it's okay for a hospital in England to employ a racist bigot who spews hate-speech? 

On this hospital's LinkedIn page, I saw the headline: 

"North Mid declares commitment to being an anti-racist organisation."

The Chief Executive, Dr Nnenna Osuji, spearheaded this initiative in September 2023.

Also, from North Mid's website, I read the policy on discrimination:
"We deploy a zero-tolerance approach to discrimination and have well-established processes to deal with discrimination effectively."

Background: 

My family runs a home-stay in Canada. Everything was going extremely well with "Heema" my family and I felt as we rolled out the red carpet for her arrival and departure; I treated her to a welcome lunch at an Indian restaurant and to dinner at a Vietnamese restaurant on her final night. I happily took her with me in my car to show her around many places, including to a beautiful arboretum, to the first day grand opening of a brand new Costco, and basically went out of my way to ensure she had an amazing experience with me to guide her around to various parts of Toronto she had no idea existed. Many of my guests have appreciated me for going the extra mile with them.

I'm a long-time home-stay host (7+ years) and my 500+ stellar reviews from guests have always put me in the highest rating categories (ie. 9.5/10), so when Heemowtee Chua just left her lengthy negative review on my account, she basically disrespected everything I had worked so hard for; I was shocked since none of it was true. She had gone on a racist and hate-filled tirade with her review of me and my award winning Executive Luxury home. I don't know what got into her to create such a false narrative. I have hundreds of other glowing reviews about my care and attention to guests and about my Executive Luxury chalet-style home which many guests have told me is actually nicer than a lot of hotels.

  When Heemowtee Chua left, she initially awarded me 10/10 but later changed that and a few days later changed it once more! I have no idea if she had a mental breakdown when she returned back to the UK. Her racist and hate-speech filled writings are highly unacceptable and have no place in today's world, and it's certainly not something I would expect from someone working with the public in a healing capacity as a nurse. For instance, she starts off the review with: "The owner is a very mean person, tipical (sic) indian". I honestly am at a loss to think what might have gotten into her to write such antagonistic and racist things as well as many other false hate-filled statements, none of which is true. She totally fabricated everything she wrote, likely because she's a miserable human being who doesn't like to see others succeed. Also, she told me she is having a terrible time with her own tenants; I wonder why?

So, since her employer feels it's okay to employ a racist biggot who spews hate-speech, I am now free to expose this sick, twisted and disgusting NHS nurse, Heemowtee Chua (aka Heema Chua), for who she really is. I'm hoping others will see this and refuse to employ her.

Ironically, her last name is "CHUA" which in Urdu actually translates to RAT! And, that's exactly what she is--a gutter rat!
