This company offered the cheapest airline tickets. So I booked a round trip ticket through them. The dates were wrong on the ticket so had to cancel the ticket within the 24 hour time frame. I was promissed a refund but did not receive one. I have made more than 6 phone calls to thee customer service department and was told I would receive a full refund within a few days but never received on. It has been more 10 months still no refund. DO NOT USE THIS SITE FOR TRAVEL. They take your money, mess up airline ticket and refuse to give your money back.

NOTHING has changed in the reservation business.YOU call the airline DIRECTLY and make your own reservations! ALL these third parties are SLIME BALLS...each and every one. They suck in inexperienced travelers claiming they have some magical power to get cheaper flights, WHICH THEY DON'T. They hope you will cancel for whatever reason so they can KEEP THE REFUND which was given back to them by the airline. They sometimes even make DELIBERATE "mistakes" in hope you will cancel and then THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY! DO YOU UNDERSTAND THIS??? They are ALL trash, each and every one of them. The ONLY exception to this would be a REPUTABLE travel agency which has been in your town for years and years. WHAT IS THE LESSON FOR TODAY: You NEVER need to use ANY of these third party reservation slime balls. THEY ARE ALL TRASH! Either YOU make the reservation DIRECTLY with the airline, like it always has been done, or you use a local, well established travel agency. DO NOT...REPEAT...DO NOT EVER, EVER, EVER use ANY of these third parties. EVER!!!!!!!!!!!
