Massage Envy, My gift card was not accepted even though it was the same type of card that I used on my last visit. I was charged more for this second visit than I was charged on my last visit for the same service. I was never informed that the charge would be more. Lafayette Louisiana

I returned to the Message Envy location to get a message. I finished my treatment and attempted to use my gift card. The front desk was very rude and refused to accept my card. This was a $50 gift card and exactily like the type I had used on my last visit.

I was then informed that my cost would be $120 and not the $70 as the last visit. I was never told that there would be a different charge for exactly the same service that I received the last vist. I demanded that the charge be the same and that my valid gist card be accepted.

Agin, the staff was discourteous and refused my demand.
