We completed his course, then purchased a home to flip. The contractor didn’t meet the scheduled deadlines. We ended up signing the property over to the contractors for him to finish the project. We signed it over to keep from having to pay out even more money. Now we got a notice that the house is being foreclosed on, and e we don’t even technically own the home now. The lawyer that was recommended said the lender wasn’t paid by the maturity date, so they foreclosed. This just seems like a whole network of scammers. Steer clear
