Janet Fratoni is a long time "volunteer" in the Cottesmore HOA. Janet Fratoni can't be removed as a Master Board member  becasue no one in Townhomes ever comes to vote or volunteer for the community. As a result Janet Fratoni stays on the board and wastes thousands of community funds and HOAM never stops her. Janet  is constantly wanting Master Board funds to go to Townhome issues because the Townhome Association in Cottesmore is broke. Do not buy one of these they will be needing a special assessment soon costing homeowners thousands. Janet Fratoni should not be allowed to sell her condo if she continues to volunteer to waste the community money causing everyone in the neighbhood to have to pay more.

HOAM encouraged the community to waste thousands of dollars over misdeeded land, something that had been done almost 10 years ago and the community never had an issue. Instead of leaving it alone they cost the community thousands of dollars and the problem is NOT even solved. HOAM gives horrible advice and since they have been our representative our community reserve money has dropped by tens of thousands of dollars. They have given us bad advice on a HUD case, bad advice on misdeeded land, and bad advice on how to save the community money instead of wasting it. Do not hire HOAM for your HOA  association in the past when they were on the Single Family they enoucanged board mmebers to survey the community almost daily to site people for complete nonsense stuff, they also allowed board members to overreach with their power about what can and can't be done during architectural requests. 

Also do not buy a townhome in Cottemore in High Point the association is broke and Janet Fratoni will never leave the association and she makes the neighbhood worse. She goes to the pool and doesn't follow all the rules but will try to have you removed if you don't follow the rules. She is on a power trip over the pool as if she owns it.
