Dear Ms. Heather A. Wilson,

President, UTEP:

I am writing to address a recent communication from the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) regarding the registration process for the upcoming term. Under usual circumstances, such a message would not warrant special attention. However, given my prior experiences with the involvement of AFGE Union workers from the Department of Veterans Affairs, I find it necessary to document this communication to prevent potential escalation or conflicts.

Previously, I have encountered significant issues with educational institutions that generated fake enrollments and unjust actions against me, including a fraudulent enrollment and expulsion when I wasn't even a student at the school in question. Ive also encountered an arbitrary termination of enrollment. Notably, this last instance involved a financial transaction with the Department of Veterans Affairs that resulted in a debt of about $10,000 that was deducted from my POST-911 GI BILL. The evidence available for you to review shows these actions were influenced by the involvement of certain AFGE Union workers, hence my concern regarding the potential for similar issues at UTEP.

In light of these experiences, I regard the text message from UTEP as significant and necessitating caution. I wish to make it explicitly clear that I currently have no intention of attending UTEP. Furthermore, please disregard any communications or requests purportedly made on my behalf by Mr. Mauricio Solis or any other AFGE Union representative.

It is vital for the leadership at UTEP to understand the broader implications of such interactions, which may affect not only veterans like myself but also the integrity of your institution. I urge UTEP to remain vigilant against potential manipulations by external entities.

Should you require further discussion or wish to review the evidence in question, I am open to facilitating a formal inquiry with Mr. Denis McDonough, Secretary of the Department of Veterans Affairs. I am confident that a review will substantiate my concerns regarding undue influence on UTEP staff by AFGE union representatives.

Additionally, I must express my concern regarding the potential challenges in addressing these issues due to the political affiliations and influences of the AFGE Union. It is important for those in positions of influence and leadership to act with courage and integrity, reflecting the values we cherish as a nation, particularly those of justice and freedom.

I trust you will understand the gravity of this situation and the necessity for cautious engagement. Please feel free to contact me directly should you have any questions or need further clarification.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Sincerely,
