Stay CLEAR of this company. We spent thousands on tours with them. No where did it ever say when booking we couldn't change dates or refund. I politely asked to change dates due to family emergency, They claim they are sold out for tour but refuse to change our dates with a months notice. They seem desperate for sales! I think a months notice to exchange dates, we do not wanting a refund, is a reasonable request. Any company that refuses to help does not deserve your business or money! So what if your flight got delayed? Or your ferry? They have zero help. They shouldn't be in business if they are this desperate that they won't work with you. Please everyone do not support this company. We are in a time money is very hard earned. Any company that won't work with you doesn't deserve this! Let's all stick together with not supporting the jerks only in it for your money! DO NOT SUPPORT OR BOOK WITH THEM EVER! I don't want to see anyone else lose their money like we did. Please share this list far and wide too.

Come on people...use your head! You never, never, ever use ANY third party to book anything. NONE OF THEM have any kind of :secret connection" to get it cheaper...NONE OF THEM! They are ALL liars and slime balls. Their goal in life is to get you to cancel. All the money you paid to them gets refunded to them by the airline, cruise company etc AND THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY! They will even make DELIBERATE "MISTAKES" in hopes you will cancel and the KEEP the money the service provider provided to them! NOTHING has changed in the reservations business except for the proliferation of ALL this third party scum. JUST LIKE ALWAYS YOU MAKE RESERVATIONS YOURSELF DIRECTLY! The only exception to this would be a long established, well known local travel agency. Otherwise, these third party trash need to be flushed down the toilet. They are ALL scum.
