Fence Outlet Cut to ground my native and exotic trees while working in my yard to install NEIGHBOR'S fence. Oviedo FL

Owner refused to accept any responsibility for the sawing down, at ground level, of my native and exotic trees, none of them interfering.  No lack of clarity by anbody, nor disagreement, that the trees were mine and were well inside my yard.  It was done solely for convenience (deepening of working area into my yard, in which they worked); not of necessity (neighbor's yard was completely open and flat).

Fence installation was unilateral :  without my knowledge until I noticed activity, then saw destruction, in my yard.

Owner refused to accept any responsibility.
