Run from Don Hill and his company Funding Made Simple as fast as you can.
Don is a smooth talking con man who promises the world but delivers nothing in return.
He will tell you he has relationships with hunders of lenders and other folks so you can get you credit cards, real estate financing, that may be a joke.
He always claims he is extremely busy at closings at the end of the month but never closed a deal for me. I worked with this guy for many months and he did not deliver!
I sent money for a credit repair with no result.
I paid for several appraisals, loan application processing fees and nothing.
Don is a predator!!!!!
