Christina McCharles Consulting Ltd. Christina McCharles Tax services with incomplete contract and extremely inflated fees Innisfail Alberta

I hired Christina McCharles Consulting to prepare several tax returns for both my business and personal taxes.  Their contract does not specify what the filing fee is for filing tax returns.  On 4 separate occasions I asked Christina and her staff what would be the filing charge for my tax returns both before, during and upon completion of the work.  I was told they could not provide the pricing because it was too complicated.  When I received my final invoice their tax filing fees were $1,000 per return which is at least 5X higher than any other tax preparation companies.  When I asked Christina McCharles to explain her inflated pricing she said "Old people are delusional and think they don't have to pay their bills"  Christina McCharles immediately sent our invoice to a collection agency and I spent thousands of dollars on legal fees just to recover our tax receipts from them.
