Build My Business (BMB Matrix) BMBMatrix They charged me to setup Amazon online store and they are not authorized Amazon service provider to do so. Amazon deactivated my account and BMBMatrix did not refund the fees. Philadelphia PA

I came across the services of BMBMatrix on the internet. They provide the following services.

Set up and manage Amazon, eBay, and Walmart online stores on behalf of clients. On their website they are making tall claims about their services with the following main points

·         For the Amazon store they claim that the clients would be making $2200 per month

·         Use AI technology to choose the right products for the clients.

·         Money Back Guarantee

·         Provide a Proven Marketing Plan

·         24-hour turnaround time

·         Better than the drop shipping services. In the Drop Shipping model, the store owners do not maintain the inventory of the products being offered and procure from the drop shipper as needed.

From the above description, BMBMatrix sounded like a legitimate business. I subscribed to them and paid around $9000 to set up the Amazon & eBay store on Dec 6, 2023.

BMBMatrix provided me instructions on how to set up a store on Amazon & eBay (which is available on the internet & YouTube anyway). I immediately got approval from Amazon & eBay stores. But a couple of days later my Amazon store was deactivated after I added a BMBMatrix user to access my account & added BMBMatrix to handle the fulfillment. I even talked to an Amazon representative and my Amazon store was never activated. The reason I learned my Amazon store was deactivated was that Amazon expects anyone providing services to Amazon Store owners to register with them as an Authorized Service Prover and BMBMatrix is not registered. In essence, the services that BMBMatrix is providing are not approved by Amazon.

BMBMatrix continued to run my eBay store for some time without much output. In Jan 2024 I requested BMBMatrix to discontinue the services and asked for a refund. They offered to refund my initial fees minus the profit in the next 15 monthly installments, which I refused to accept and asked for full refund immediately. On Feb 17 I talked to a BMBMatrix representative called Tom who asked me to give them a month to make things right. I waited until Feb 17 to see the progress but there was no progress and I asked them again to refund my fees again. BMBMatrix again offered to refund the money minus the profit in the next 15 monthly installments, which I have refused. I am asking for a full refund minus the profit. I am asking them to pay interest on my initial fees which they have been using, at 1% per month.

Reasons for my parting ways with BMBMatrix.

·         They offered to set up and run an Amazon store with a $2200 per month profit. The fact is that Amazon does not approve of their business model and what they are offering is either illegitimate or not possible.

·         I asked them many times to provide their marketing plan on how they will generate the profit, which they never shared.

·         They claim to use AI technology to choose the right products for the online stores. The reality is that the products they listed on my eBay store were some random foreclosed items that did not sell fast enough.

·         They claim a 24-hour turnaround time. The reality is that they were not managing the eBay store actively and fulfilling items on time. One of the items that was sold on eBay was not fulfilled for 3 weeks and I received nasty feedback from the Buyer. Two other items were not fulfilled in 2 weeks, so I had to cancel the transaction to avoid any negative feedback from the buyer.

·         In over 2 months we made a sale of around $300 on eBay and my profit was less than $50.

·         Other red flag: The identity of the management team or people behind BMBMatrix is not revealed on their website.

I strongly feel that BMBMatrix is running a scam.

As of now they have stopped all communication and have not refunded my fees.
