This business is a complete scam. We had a feeling it was, checked reviews, and then prior to placing an order, I called and asked an excessive amount of questions to their rep to prevent us getting scammed. I paid for a "Consultation" (with a doctor) AND for the whole prescription up front including home delivery.

I adamantly verified on the phone with their rep that I was paying for a one on one appointment with a physician for the fee I provided AND that I would absolutely be receiving the full prescription, all of which were encompassed entirely by the fee I paid them. I repeatedly asked prior to giving my debit card information & spending a penny and the rep assured me that we were both fully on the same page.

Sadly, as us victims of this scam company will find out, they are never actually sending the promised prescription. The "consultation" I was promised is actually never going to occur. I was never given any means to speak to any physician as originally promised. All they do is send you to a pre-consult basic web page that asked a few general questions, most of which you can and should be asked during your real consultation anyway. But that's it. That's the entire "consultation". We were never contacted after paying them by anyone. A physician will never provide the online zoom consult or phone consult, nor are their in person consultations.

I called over a week later wondering why I never received the promised consult and why my prescription never arrived. Now, a cunning well-trained rep was on the line. The rep's give you a complete run-around with scripted answers. If you offer countless ways for them to make this right, they use the same robot response and deny any and all means to rectify. If you ask for the consultation with a real physician, they will deny you and tell you it isn't even offered. If you ask how to contact ANY of their physicians, the rep will stop you in your tracks and refuse. They do-not-offer ANY means of consultations from any physicians whatsoever. If you ask how their appeals process works, they shut it down and say they do not have one. No seriously, they don't have one. If you ask for a refund, they refuse completely. If you ask where the prescription is, they direct you to FIND YOUR OWN DOCTOR and order it elsewhere.

Our investigation showed that Nurse Practitioner Antonio Abreu was behind this whole ordeal, whoever that is.

Please, DO NOT let this company scam you. You can give them 1,000 ways to pull through with their promises and they will deny them all.
