Bank of America is a tricky institution, once you deposit a cashiers check or certified check, they send you an email mentioning that they will hold the funds until they check it has funds. Thats ridiculous because any cashiers check or certified check is the same thing than cash.

Do not trust them, they will take the deposit hiding the truth.

if you have a cashiers check, no matters if you ask to the cashier if funds will be available the next day, for sure it is not gonna happen.

They use your money to lend and charge interests to some one else.

Better use Cash, hopefully they dont put a hold to your cash.

I do not recommend Bank of America, they are square heads.

Fraud and deception using those types of checks is a regular occurrence. They are most definitely not the same as cash. Secondly, if YOU would have READ the Terms of Service, you would have very clearly seen the funds availability policy.
