The Bald Fox/Guy Griffithe Involved in stealing money from the disabled/ Securities fraud Canyon Lake Ca

Boy, Guy Griffithe aka, The Bald Fox just cant seem to keep himself out of trouble, or tell the truth.

After the SEC sued Guy Griffithe for security fraud and operating a ponzi scheme in January 2020 where Griffithe bilked investors for over $4.85 million bucks, Griffithe consented to the allegations of the complaint, and an over $5,000,000 judgement entered against him by the SEC, that he has not paid.

Griffithe has now entered the Home health Care Business were, whoops, Griffithe has done it again, Apparently, while receiving payments from IHSS for caring for a disabled man in Riverside County, Griffithe devised a plan to have his partner Vicellous Shannon ( the first guest on The Bald Fox) live with the disabled man, and Griffithe had his wife Valerie J. Spencer ( realtor) act as caregiver in his place. During the time of the "care giving" the disabled man discovered that money was being stolen from his bank and credit accounts. The disabled man filed for a restraining order against Griffithe and Spencer, in Griffithe's response to the restraining order Griffithe admits that his partner Vicellous Shannon stole atleast $5,000.00 from the disabled man, and that his wife Valerie J. Spencer, now Griffithe had packages charged to the disabled mans accounts and sent to the Griffithe home address.

It doesn't end there, Griffithe and his other partner Maartin Rossouw (a Riverside Financial advisor) create a trust for the disabled man, in which Griffithe's wife Valerie Spencer and Vicellous Shannon are the the beneficiaries of the disabled mans trust. The Bald Fox/Guy Griffithe honors no contract, has been sued atleast 44 times in the past 20 years, and has filed 3 bankruptcies, yet wants to talk about success on his show the Bald Fox. Each lawsuit has been for not paying or repaying, breach of contract, fraud, etc. This is in addition to the SEC judgement.

The Bald Fox/Guy Griffithe legal strategy is: if someone sues him: he evades service as all his "businesses" are housed at Postal Annexes, if he is served with a complaint Griffithe ties his victims up in litigation until it costs them more in legal fee's than what Griffithe owes them, or files for bankruptcy, which stays any civil action against him.

The Bald Fox/Guy Griffithe the exceptional entrepenuer has now started a new business to help others, the business is named Financial Solution Inc. I have no doubt that Griffithe's Financial Solution Inc. will be just as successful as his past business ventures. I wonder if it will involve the same magic as Griffithe's past businesses engaged in where Griffithe made the investors money vanish, then resurface as luxury sports cars, boats, jewelry, expensive trips, luxury homes, and more all for Griffithe's own personal use.
