I have been making and selling these alteed mermaid dolls since 2002/selling on ebay and local shop in laguna beach califonria since 2002.
I was featured in Barbie bazaar magazine in march of 2006/on my repiant dolls, two of these alteed memaids and fairies are in the magazine. has copied the concept of the mermaid dolls, and fairies, she has only been on etsy for a short time, 2023/and on ebay since 2012. and goes by andeichico on eBay
she is claiming she was in barbie bazaar/in which i bought several copies, she was not ever featured in it.
she is a fraud and art stealer, I have reported her 3 times to trust and safty/intelletucal proprty on etsy and the vero program on ebay/and each time both Etsy and ebay says I dont have sufficial evidence, or proof she is coying, which is a lie, I have the magazine in which i was in, my work is and has been on my website, and worthpoint: Mermaid Art Doll Sculpture Repaint Mixed Media Mermaid Laguna Beach,Ca Artist | #484661364 (worthpoint.com)

they emailed a lame letetr defending these fraud selles, this seller that was reported bought the doll elsewhere from me, then turned around and selling it on ruby lane, how is that fair to the real artist, needless to say i wont sell to this thief again

the details i went into about me, Valarie pacheco is to prove that this Diane Moya/D.A Moya is copying me, copycating my idea, for aletering the jakks pacific dolls.
I want to make it clear its is her copycatting. she goes by andeichcio on ebay and D.A Moya on etsy/that thee dolls she is selling is copycatting, the real and original artist .
