Allstate Protection Plans/Square trade. They lie about sending out warranty checks. Brisbane California

On the 13thof March I filed a claim on a defective Doorbell Camera. They did the paperwork and told me to sign the paperwork that was emailed to me and I would get a status back in 24 hours. I signed everything and on the 19th after not hearing from them reached out. They stated my check had been sent out on the 16th. April 2nd rolls around and having not gotten my check I reached out. They stated they will void that check and send one out via USPS First Class mail. It's now the 12th and no such check has been received. They don't respond, and cannot provide any tracking to prove they even sent out a check.
