The Hotel ML /CoCo Keys Water Resort ,Resort My Behind..., Do not Book! Racist...Nasty...Dirty...Filthy... Mt Laurel New Jersey

Let me start off by saying that I messed up. I read every review on this site and others and still went ahead and booked it because of the great pricing.

Wrong!

We were singled out because of our race and ethnicity. That was a big deal. Was a little surprised by the staff but even more by the supervisors, they implemented the prejudice.

They actually ignored us and told us wait at the bar while serving people (around 6 or 7 people) that came after us! Needless to say I requested a manager who ignored the situation, but thought he cleaned up because he got us our drinks and a free glass of tap water, 45 minutes later.

This place is a dump! Hair on the beds! Dirt in the shower! Roaches on the walls! WTF!

The water park is a dump, dirty, smelly, raunchy pool, overpacked, under supervised park. Once again, save your money, read the reviews. Stay home.

Spare yourself. Spend a little more or just stay home.

Needless to say I will not return and will be following up with a call to Amex when I return
home.

The Hotel ML should be shut down for health reasons and doing bad business.

...Just before I posted this I called the front desk to request a late check out (between 1pm and 3pm) because we didn't sleep the night before because of the baby, woman at the front desk, believe her name was Candice, answered and asked how she can help and said she would be right back with an answer from her manager. She had the audacity to transfer me to someone else after waiting on hold for nearly 10 minutes and when I called back and asked for her I was told she was helping someone else and that she was too busy to answer me now. Seriously? Wtf?

End of the day. Either spend a little more or stay home.
