I am writing this to hopefully help others, who may have seen several ads and endorsements online by a company called Smilz ....they sell gummies for arthritis and other conditions. I initially saw them online when Reba McEntire supposedly was endorsing their product. Being a senior and not in good health, I thought I'd try to buy a jar of gummies that were on special and according to the ad endorsed by Reba McIntyre .

Her link connected to the Smilz.com link going directly to their website. They took all my information including a credit card in the beginning. I ordered the special for $34.89. Upon check out the total was $338.35. I tried to edit this , but it would not allow me to edit the order. I found their number which is 424-309-8373 and spoke to a lady called Angie in customer service she told me not to worry that they would refund my money within 72 hours and I asked her not to charge my account , since I called five minutes after. However, that did not happened and that started on June 3 2021 and after over 30 calls and filing a claim with my bank,  there has been no credit and no product received.

The bank has been unsuccessful getting them to credit my account and I've been unsuccessful with my calls getting many different people from many different countries, just telling me that it's being processed and you will get it ASAP that was on June 3 to the present time. and by the way I happen to get Angie if you other times in her name changed Angina Angel . When I asked her I thought your name was Angie she said some people had a hard time pronouncing it.

I should've known then that this was a lost cause, but I kept trying and trying and trying with the same script from every representative it's being processed and not to worry. This company is a scam and put me in a terrible situation, because I am a senior citizen on Social Security with a fixed income and by them debiting my account over 10 times the amount it should've been, it has put me in a serious financially situation for the past few months. Please do not do business with this company Smilz their website is Smilz.com and I already gave you the phone number that I found.

There's also another site which I cannot remember. This site was another online site that automatically took me there from smiles.com , when I ordered the product. I'm trying to find that information and will update you as soon as I can find that other website. If anyone else has experienced any problems with this company, please post, as the more we have the more powerful it will be to stop them from scamming others and doing business at all.

Thank you so much,

Dari

You should file an online complaint with your local Pennsylvania Attorney General, and they usually enjoy going after scum like this. Provide as much detail as you can to your complaint. Local state AG's are usually pretty good at getting back to the person who filed the complaint, but if you don't hear back from them in the time frame specified on their website, call them to follow up, and make sure to save the response email you will receive from them, as it will have your complaint number contained in it. For you, the Pennsylvania Attorney General can be contacted by clicking this link, or copy this linkin your browser: https://www.attorneygeneral.gov/
