The COC was approached by a Sentext Rep for the purpose of discussing the opportunity for "text to donate" services that would raise money to help cancer patients pay bills.

Sentext created an ad that did not meet our expectations and was requested to produce another... one was not made yet they billed The COC $99 / month!

12 month x $99 =$1,188 taken with NOTHING PROVIDED!

The COC reached out to SENTEXT numerous times. When given instruction to cancel account was told okay but was still charged for another 5 months of service!

Sentext claims that since The COC entered into a contract it had to pay for the 12 months.  HORRIBLE!

The COC does not recommend this company as the manner in which they do business is terrible!
