Ritzy Emporium I ordered a set of Durable Resistance Bands. After doing so, a notice on the order page stated that I would receive an order confirmation email, which I did not received until I made an inquiry about it.

After doing so, a notice on the order page stated that I would receive an order confirmation email, which I did not received until I made an inquiry about it. The webpage also stated that I would receive a tracking number when my order shipped. Five (5) days after placing my order, I have not received a tracking number, the ordered item, nor a response to the several inquiries I made concerning it.

Two (2) days after placing my order with , I ordered an item from a different online retailer. Not only was I given a tracking number by the retailer, my item was delivered within 48 hours. I understand certain delays in shipping ordered items due to the Covid-19 pandemic, however, has both failed to ship my item or correspond with me as to the status of shipping. I believe that has committed fraud and people should be put on notice about them.
