then ask for advice, this link holds the true case is about nepotism and aided corruptive and blackmailed cooperation. I can’t help you defeat Matson. 

When this case is exposed, then you will find justice.

 Why?

Kelley’s mentor and relative former Chief Judge, Joseph E. Cardoza of Maui Hi.  These men indebted many judges and attorneys to both he and Matson Kelley. Matson was appointed per-diem judge by Cardoza’s friend, Hawaii’s Supreme Court judge, Mark E. Recktenwald, back in 2014. Mark was the highest judge in all of Hawaii. This was no crime. The crimes continued with Matson using this clout to begin fraud cases which his crooked mentor and chief judge started.

How’s that for irony? Many are forced to take their case to the same courts by those who initiated the fraud case!

 

 An example of Fredrick Matson still held clout. Say in cards you have a full house or a straight flush, Matson holds a pair of sevens, he will still win the case.

Why? Or how in the world is this possible? Because of built-up nepotism, favoritism, and past corruption which many are involved in!

Sure, Paul Sulla, you're addiction to manipulating for profit is at its end. 

It's unfortunate that the other criminals you mentioned are still at large, for now anyway.

Those who were like us, foolish enough to believe any of the vomit that flows from this man's pen or month, need simply read the link, the Facts, are in writing, instead of hearsay.

For the last time, I am not Paul Sulla or Matson Kelley or Joseph Cardoza or whoever the hell you think I am.  Hell, I agree the guy is scum, that's why he agreed to take your hopeless case.  That's called milking -- you take on a hopeless case and drag it out as long as possible while collecting money along the way.  He should have just told you to settle right away, but he could probably tell you were hellbent on fighting it out to the bitter end, and he was happy to oblige.

Really not sure why it's so hard for you to understand.  If person X owns a house, and they die without a will, the property interest goes to the next of kin.  It makes absolutely no difference what the title report says or what your tax lien says -- the law is the law.  If that person then sells their interest in the property to a lawyer, it's their right to do so.  It's somewhat unusual but certainly not illegal to have the probate hearing long after the person passes away.  And you had absolutely zero standing to get involved in the probate.

The bottom line is, had you consulted a lawyer, they would have had you reach out to the property owners (such as Kimberly and whoever else) and buy out their interest before they could sell it to someone else.  They obviously were willing to let it go for cheap.  Instead, you decided to DIY it, and opened the door for someone else to do it the proper way.  I also have no idea why you rushed to evict them; if you had just waited for a year, their rights would have lapsed.  Again, a lawyer could have advised you on the best course of action.

Do you think it's a good idea for a homeowner to do their own plastering?  Would it come out the same as someone who spent decades perfecting their art?  It's the same thing with legal work, it's just not as visually obvious when you royally screw up.

Paul Sulla, I know your style of writing after two years. You were right with your last rebuttal, I am an amateur, and you are the professional who schooled me and made a ton of money for your deception. 

 Your number one objective is to cast a show of doubt about this true story with you're learned and well-practiced deception and misdirection.

It's ironic that when the Plaintiffs found out you were my new attorney, they weren't amateurs, they googled you and thought, he's a criminal like us, except he's been exposed and found guilty many times if he exposes us, we can simply bribe him. You finally did expose their corruption, but could not handle the addition of cashing in on what you've become.

  I am sending much information to those who e-mail me and request other incriminating evidence of this outlandish court fraud.

You can add this to your other cases, like that of the Hawaii Tribune-Herald, where in 2019, it reads.

A Hilo attorney Paul J. Sulla was indicted Wednesday by a Grand Jury on first-degree and second-degree forgery charges. Or how about in 2022, July 25th, A federal Grand jury returned an eight-count indictment against "Paul Joseph Sulla" and others.....

 I also do realize you tried and did change the manes on the land that belonged to my son and me when you noticed the opening to rob us again. You forced us to sell it for half cost as I knew it was you. This is another story.

 No doubt Cardoza Cardoz, Fredrick Matson Kelley, and Terrence are thinking, "Let sleeping dogs lie," Paul. 

It's obvious this fraud case is Unick and extremely risky for all you involved; a journalist or activist won't expose you and the gang because my family, the native Hawaiians, who were conned, nor will they expose it because they know you're a crook, that's already been proven. Its a matter of historical record.

 They will expose it as they will make a name for themselves for having the courage and journalism to expose high-level judges and their accomplices like even you. Thus their level of fame will rise as serious news agencies, like 60 Minutes.

I realize this story is exposing you; thus, I can and will continue with rebuttal after rebuttal so that you can squirm and pretend to be someone else.

 I said I'd never visit Hawaii again, but I will, to see all of you and the gang tried and convicted.

Your apparently genuine belief that I have something to do with your situation would be entertaining if it wasn't so sad.  I think I've said it before, but I DO NOT KNOW ANY OF THOSE PEOPLE.  If I was a real estate speculator in Hawaii, I wouldn't be on this website, I'd be hanging out on the beach.  And don't worry, I'm not in Afghanistan, but my location is, quite frankly, none of your concern.

What I can say is that there is a reason you couldn't find a lawyer to represent you -- you had an absolutely hopeless case.  The lawyer that you paid to review your case basically said as much in his report (and you conveniently omitted that section on your website).  I am guessing you've talked to dozens of lawyers before you found Mr. Sulla, and they probably all told you that your case was hopeless.  Of course, you seem to have an uncanny ability to ignore anything that doesn't conform with your preconceived notions.

Best of luck to ya, but next time, you might want to consult with a lawyer BEFORE you put hundreds of thousands of dollars into a property that doesn't have a clear title.  You are obviously have zero understanding of real estate law, which is why you ended up in this situation.

 You have quite some chutzpah complaining about natives being displaced when you yourself were trying to profit from exactly that -- buying a tax lien and then evicting the owner. The only difference is they are professionals and you were an amateur. When amateurs go against professionals, they get schooled. If you are ignorant of the law and too cheap to hire a lawyer to handle the process correctly, you end up paying the price as a result. Handling tax liens and distressed properties with clouded title is not an amateur activity. You apparently did not even realize that you did not have clear title to the property. There was no fraud, you just had a hopeless case which is why only slimeball lawyers wanted to touch it.

Paul Sulla, you reveal yourself once more with the same Afghanistan location.

 Your days of deceit, misdirection, and self-dealing are almost over.

It is you who has the audacity, indeed, to post against the crime you committed; you didn't need to be blackmailed to throw my family under the bus, but instead, get your crimes dismissed to save your loss of liberty and license.

It took a land thief of the same caliber to catch other judge attorney thieves. Still, your scheming criminal mind saw only the opportunity to save your pending inditement at the expense of another.

You did well with taking my case, got paid a fortune, and nailed them; you didn't need to be bribed to save your hide. 

Any interested in the truth read the newspaper article in this story or link.

These same men pretended to represent others to steal the land of the native Hawaiians, which they did successfully; read how the religious Hawaiians watched in horror as their church was bulldozed down and their ownership stripped under the cover of law.

 Also, read the new ownership titles in which their sacred land was divided and placed in the names of the same judges who initiated the bogas case. 

How in the world did we uncover these facts in writing? 

Through hundreds of thousands of hours of researching this travesty of injustice. 

They were shrewd, ruthless, and owned the courts, but deception has its limits.
