Took the legal work of a opponent while carrying out our work.
Threatens foolishly to dissolve himself from carrying out legal work which he is paid for but did not do at all. All the while doing the legal work of the opposing party...

Legal practice is now bleeding dry thanks to help of a mob of competitors.
Do not hire if you do NOT want him to:
1) Side of opponent taken due to impressions of lack of money which has now been proven wrong.
2) Threaten to dissolve themselves of legal work which you paid for and they did nothing.
