JobCrusher.com and Bill McIntosh refused to give a refund after only about ONE day in the course. Las Vegas Nevada

The company 'JobCrusher', the public figure 'Bill McIntosh', and the course 'Leads to Profit' seem to be engaging in deceptive practices. Here are some of the disturbing practices.

The company will not give a refund despite being in the course only one day. They claim that I have to abide by a 'specific policy' at https://www.jobcrusher.com/_static/ltp-payments.htm. However, there is only a 'risk-free guarantee'. There is no specific refund policy on that page. I believe the 'risk-free guarantee' is very misleading because it is unable to be verified or implemented. The 'risk-free guarantee' is not 'risk-free' and in my opinion, it is an empty promise. The only intention of the risk-free guarantee is as a marketing ploy. 

The 'Terms of Service' link on the so-called 'specific policy' page (https://www.jobcrusher.com/_static/ltp-payments.htm) is very difficult to see. The text is a very light grey on a white background - it is almost invisible without very close inspection of the page. This seems to suggest that JobCrusher, Bill McIntosh, and 'Leads to Profit' DON'T want you to see or read the 'Terms of Service' 

The 'Terms of Service' are definitely NOT consumer-friendly. The 'Terms of Service'  stipulate that "All fees are due immediately upon registration and are non-refundable". Consequently, there is no refund despite the so-called 'risk-free guarantee' which states you will get a refund if after six months of 'working with' them you don't create a profitable business. However, as previously noted this guarantee is nothing but an empty promise.

The 'Terms of Service' state that

"You agree to keep your credit card information accurate and current with JobCrusher.com at all times."

However, when signing up or paying for the course there is no checkbox or statement that specifically assigns your consent to such 'Terms of Service'.

You don't know the terms of service when you sign up or pay for the course because it is not clearly advertised.

You are not referred to the 'Terms of Service' page before you sign up or pay for the course.

The 'Terms of Service' also state that:

"JobCrusher.com may take all remedies available to collect fees owed and may recover from you all costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) incurred by JobCrusher.com to collect such fees. In the event of non-payment, reversal of payment, or a charge back by a credit card company or other payment provider, in addition to any other remedies JobCrusher.com may have, we may, in our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account." 

JobCrusher and Bill McIntosh must be stopped from potentially deceiving consumers. 

JobCrusher and Bill McIntosh do not seem to act in a fair and reasonable way.

JobCrusher and Bill McIntosh do not seem to care about consumers and seem only to care about making money through potentially deceptive practices.

Please do not be enticed by any so-called 'risk-free guarantees' offered by JobCrusher.com or Bill McIntosh.
