"Be Aware" of the grey letters at the bottom of this website... At the very top of one section of this website. it says you have been pre approved to access the premium package area, but in grey letters at the bottom to the left of the continue button it say in light type " you will be charged a one time fee of 19.99 to access the premium area" Now I'm a pretty smart person but I didn't see the area to the left. I just happen to look over and see the message. Checked my credit card and yep 19.99 was taken out off of my card for each time I click into this area. I called the customer service line which is available 24 hours a day and you get to speak to a live person.

When I told them what was going on they automatically said that they will give me back one of the fees and quicklly asked i'm I cancelling the service... It was almost like it was a rountine thing for the rep. At the end of the call the rep asked if there was anything else they could do for me I said if you could give me back the other two because the info that I was looking for I could have find for free just by doing an online search. Of course the rep said they couldn't do that and that my account will be cancel. Is there anything else I can do for you... lol All I'm saying is don't put mis leading things on your website and steal money from people. I guess it's check mate for me!
