Arkansas has approved a law where polygraphs hold up in court. I have taken a polygraph of a grand theft crime. Grand thef 500<1000 and jewelry. I took a polygraph and passed with the highest grade.

What is "nigh"?? This report makes no sense so I am thinking that you did indeed steal from someone and are blaming the courts because you got caught.
