DO NOT JOIN THE ARC as an ARC Manager. Once you pay to become a manager, you have no recourse. There are no signed contracts to become a manager. Dr. Joan Ifland created a free Facebook page to run a pyramid scheme by getting members to pay $3,000 with no option for a refund. I do not want others to fall prey to Dr. Joan Ifland’s self-serving, narcissistic community. 

Dr. Joan Ifland sells the idea that when you join the ARC management program, you earn your money back within 6 months. Unfortunately, the program is a dictatorship. If Dr. Joan Ifland does not want you as a manager, for whatever reason, you will not be an ARC manager and will not earn your money back. I saw this happen to numerous managers. 

If an issue arises as a manager, you will not get your money back. If you ask for your money back you are booted from the program. Deleted from all Facebook groups. Deleted from all messenger groups. 

I chose not to become a manager because it was made clear to me by two directors that I had to make a decision between my recovery and being a manager. Having both was and is not an option in the ARC. When I was vulnerable and shared something, three months later, it was used against me in a meeting with the directors.

I attempted to discuss my concerns directly with Dr. Joan and was denied. For three weeks we went back and forth in an email with several people at the ARC having access to read our private correspondence. 

I made it clear that I was no longer willing to put anything in writing that would put me in a vulnerable position and she used it against me, again. Dr. Joan finally agreed to have a meeting with me and one other Director. I made it clear that I was not comfortable having two people against one. I asked if she could see it from my perspective.  I was told it was not an option. Within the ARC management program, there is a mentality of bullying. I recommend you keep your hard-earned money and not join as a manager.
