They handled all my business insurance they let Four (4) policies laps. Very poor business practices. Then they sold me inadequate truck insurance had it in force for over two years.
Then and hit--and-run and I have no coverage other than $500.00 and there responce was basically your-on-your-own!

Therefore I redact my complaint and Gregg got me full coverage on the the truck.! Which is excellent as he went above and beyond what a normal agent would have done.

"Then they sold me inadequate truck insurance had it in force for over two years". Are you aware that it is your responsibility to purchase enough insurance to cover a total loss of your car. It sounds like you purchased a plan that had a cheap monthly/yearly premium.
Keep in mind, you get what you pay for. In the 2 years you had the policy, did you look at it and read it? Again, you are responsible for reading it and call the insurance carrier with questions. Best of luck to you.
