Beltwell Beltwell.com Does not honor full refund guarantee/False advertisement Skovde Vastragotaland

I purchased two compression arm sleeves from the online business.  The business advertises a 60 day risk free money back guarantee on its website which is on a light green-like/turquoise color banner on the top of its web pages.  It also states that "We are so confident that our arm compression sleeve that if it doesn't work for you, you will get all of your money back that you have nothing to lose.  We are taking the risk away from you completely so you don't have anything to lose.  If you don't feel the results you wished for then we will give you a full refund.We are taking the risk."  This statement can be found at the bottom of the web pages for each of its product.  I bought two sleeves based on the size chart on their website.  When I received them, they do not fit and are too small.  The top portion rolls down. 

I contacted their customer support to request a refund, and they wanted to know if I wanted a bigger size instead.  I told them that I was only interested in the refund.  Stephanie, who is the customer rep, then revealed to me that sending it back would require me to lose 40-50% of the total cost I paid.  I stated that type of deduction goes against her company's risk free and full refund advertisement.  She later replied that she talked to her manager and can get me a 70% refund, but there will be costs related to custom and delivery fees to an overseas warehouse.  The company lies about its risk free full refund guarantee as advertised on their website.
