I called the company several times telling them to cancel my membership and the first lady told me that I wouldn't be charged the $180 for the product.

My husband saw that the $180 was taken out of my account and when I called the company again, the gentleman told me that I was supposed to cancel 2 days earlier.  I told him I wanted to talk to a manager and he said he would have them call me..they did not.

I have called this company 5 times and still no return phone call.  I am very dissatisfied with the way this company runs their business.
