staten island, New YorkI purchased their ringtone and graphics package only to find out once it was charged that it doesn't work. I've spent over 5 days since the first day of my purchase requesting assistance or a refund but they refuse to compensate me. Each time I write their support team it takes over 48 hours to get the same auto message response.
