I had also won the bid for an Apple iPod on August 2, 2003. I sent in the asked for amount by money order (mistake) and waitedand waited. While others on the Digital Moose Inc EBay feedback page that had ordered after me but seemed to have received their product (now I wonder) I was still waiting.

I contacted Digital Moose Inc dozens of times over a couple of months and got excuse after excuse as to why my product had not arrived. I got frustrated and asked for my money back. I have been asking for my money back or product delivered for almost a year now. I have sent dozens and dozens of emails (on different accounts), letters, faxes, and called but I still have not received anything.

Now I get no response to any type of contact. I have contacted the Canadian BBB twice. Once Digital Moose Inc said that they were going to send a refund.that was about 7 months ago. The next time they ignored the BBB letter. At one time Digital Moose said that they were in financial difficulty and would do partial refunds. I inquired about this but received no response.

According to Digital Moose Inc's website at www.digital-moose.com they are still thriving and in businessor stealing and conniving. If I am not going to get my money back I would like as many people as possible to know about Digital Moose Inc. and hope that no more people are suckered by them.

I still believe Digital Moose Inc is fraudulent as I seem to be only one of many that have paid but have received nothing in return. If they are legitimate then I want my refund!

Just got into this in the last month and submitted my own problem, now nearly a year old.
Still can't find this so-called Yahoo site and would like to be included in our mutual search and problem resolution.
Thanks for the info regarding the other company. I shot more mail to both DMI and now the potato group.

I just learned of another company, www.loungepotato.com, which is in partnership' with Digital Moose Inc. Is Jonathan Nightingale trying to sleaze his way out of his Digital Moose Inc debts and into another company? Would anyone have any more info on this or his other business interests? Jonathan Nightingale should not be allowed to dupe anyone else out of their money.

Still no contact from Digital Moose Inc

I attempted to get some response from Digital Moose Inc by contacting the Candian BBB and the Ministry of Consumer and Business Services but neither has received any response to my last inquiries. The MCBS, in a return letter, claims that since Digital Moose Inc has not responded that It appears to have closed. Digital Moose Inc's website it still up and I still have not received product or refund. Can anyone suggest another route? If nothing else I would like to make sure that the Digital Moose Inc President Jonathan Nightingale never opens up another business until he pays off every last debt owed.

I went to their website and they are now stating as of 7-1-2004:

"Our products will no longer be available to consumers outside of Canada as our dedication to our home country has changed our outlook on business transactions. "

I have no idea what that is supposed to mean... a changed "outlook"?

Anway, I do hope that you get some kind of remedy for all of this.

Just a tip, I use money orders at time... I always toss the customer's half of the m.o. in a drawer so I can have the number in case of a problem. You should be able to take the m.o. # and find out when cashed and by whom.
