I took an international trip, and the flight was delayed 24 hours. I incurred charges for taxis to and from the airport, a prepaid nonrefundable hotel room night in London and an additional taxi in Scotland for a second delayed flight on this trip. I purchased the most comprehensive (most expensive) policy offered by squaremouth. The sales person assured me this policy offered full coverage when reimbursing expenses. My claim totaled $896. The check I received was in the amount of $409. I paid $529 for the policy! I would have come out ahead with no insurance. A number of travelers in our group purchased a less expensive policy from a competitor, and they were reimbursed in full. Watch out when talking with the sales personnel with this company! I would never purchase from them again.
