I was customers of the Halifax brokers and trading cfds stocks in Uk.
I experienced all my trading against my bet . Even when going short or long.
Every time I closed a positing the stock would go up, and every time I bought a stock the price would go down.
MY account was also closed during the night while the trading was closed in UK , their reason was that I did not have enough funds into the account, this however was not true . They should at list waited when the trading office in Uk was open .
The stock I was trading was in respect a UK stock and at the time the trade was closed.
The way this company operated against me with intent to defraud me has caused me a loss of my assets .
Everytime I was closing a postion in split seconds the stock would also go more down in price , for me to loose further money .
And soon after they closed their operation and referred me to city index broker a firm for which has not been full regulated .
I then after lost more money .
I have no doubt to say that those broker have indeed run their bets against mine with intent to defraud my assets .
I therefore claim back most part of my lsot money from the Halifax tsfds trading .

I was customers of the Halifax brokers cfds trading stocks in Uk.
I experienced all my trading against my bets . Even when going short or long.
Every time I closed a positing the stock would go up soon after in split seconds , and every time I bought a stock the price would go down.. When going short the stock would go up regardless their spread fees, and every time my bet would go long the stock price would go down and down .
All my trading was fixed against me .
My account was also closed during the night while the trading was closed in UK , their reason was that I did not have enough funds into the account, this however was not true . The trading office during the night in Uk was closed. They should at list waited when the trading office in Uk was open .
The stock I was trading was in respect a UK stock and at the time the trading office was closed.
The way this company operated against me with intent to defraud me has caused me a loss of my assets .
Every time I was closing a position in split seconds the stock would also go more down in price , for me to lose further money . As I had a position open for long time running a loss , as soon I closed it, within a second the stock went up, this was not a coincidence , but a well set up trading scam against me .
I also suspect that this company was not regulated and it explains why they ceased operating and transferred all my account to City Index trading office, something for which I was not happy , and I had no intention to do so.
I then after lost more money with City Index brokers,
I have no doubt to say that those broker have indeed run their bets against mine with intent to defraud my assets .
I therefore claim back my lost money from the Halifax cfds trading and City Index for which I now believe they are linked together .
